Healthy reefs mean a thriving Maui—for our community, our keiki, and generations to come.
In 2023 support from generous donors supported the longevity of local reefs by powering projects such as:
- 800,000+ reef health images captured after the Lāhainā wildfire
- 41 water quality monitoring sites
- 8 new survey sites established for fish and coral health
- 63 school buses’ worth of sediment removed from critical areas
- 18 new reef-friendly landscaping test plots across the island
